SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Orders placed during sale periods, promotional campaigns or peak seasons may experience longer delivery times than usual.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges required by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for accepting delivery of the order and completing any customs procedures required by local authorities.

If the customer refuses delivery or fails to pay any applicable duties, taxes or customs charges, GAMIN reserves the right to deduct any resulting costs from the refund amount.

Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.


DELIVERY TIMES

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal:
24–72 business hours.

Rest of Europe and international destinations:
2–4 business days.

Rest of international destinations:
5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to payment verification procedures, customs clearance processes, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability and compliance with the conditions below.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

Customers within the European Union are entitled to one free exchange per order, either for a different size or a different style.

Once the exchange request has been approved, GAMIN will arrange collection of the original item from the delivery address provided in the order.

NON-EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all costs associated with an exchange, including shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and any other related charges.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Shoes must not have been worn and should only be tried on indoors, preferably on a carpeted surface.

  • Shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original box, dust bag and packaging.

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The packaging dimensions must remain unchanged.

  • The requested item must be available in stock.

Free exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

Only products purchased directly through the GAMIN online store are eligible for exchange.

Gamin does not accept freight collect shipments.


RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Shoes must not have been worn and should only be tried on indoors.

  • Shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original box, dust bag and packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

  2. The invoice and completed return form must be included inside the package.

  1. Refunds will be processed within approximately 20 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

RETURN COSTS

European Union customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Orders that incurred an additional shipping surcharge may be subject to a €18.45 refund processing fee.

Non-European Union customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs duties, taxes and any charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

GAMIN does not accept freight collect shipments.

In the event of a lost return parcel, GAMIN cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All products undergo quality control before shipment.

If you receive an item with a defect or in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately at hello@gaminuniverse.com.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

GAMIN products may include delicate materials such as leather, suede and glitter finishes.

We recommend dry cleaning methods only.

Do not use water when cleaning your shoes, as it may damage the materials and finishes.
